Q Do you guarantee your products or services?
A Because of the nature of our products, our only warranty is limited to physical defects on the CD-Rom. If it is found defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no charge. Simply email us for a return authorization code and send it back in the original package.

Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or send us a check or money order, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.
We also accept payments through Paypal.


Q Will I have to install any software or programs to use your CD-Roms?
A No. We've designed our CD-Roms to be system friendly. There is nothing to install, so no files are left behind to harm your computer. It would probably be a good idea to update your media player- i.e. Real Player, Quicktime, Windows Media Player etc. for the music and videos. Everything else will work through your browser.
